OUR COMMITMENTS

Stewardship with Integrity
Legacy of Faith and Trust

We are actively engaged in the legal recovery and protection of properties wrongfully occupied post-partition. With documented evidence, legal proceedings, and cooperation with government authorities, we remain steadfast in reclaiming what was entrusted to us for the development of the Christian community.

We uphold the responsibility entrusted to us by our founding missionary associations. Through transparent governance, regular elections, and strict adherence to our Constitution, CMTA Pakistan ensures lawful management of all matters. under its jurisdiction.

Rooted in a unified vision established in 1928, we remain committed to preserving the spiritual, historical, and legal legacy of the Church Missionary Trust Association. Our work continues in the spirit of unity and service across Pakistan.

OUR LEGAL IDENTITY

Since 1928, the Church Missionary Trust Association of Pakistan (CMTA Pakistan) has operated as a legally registered association under Section 21 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Our registration was completed on 21st August 1928 with the Registrar, Joint Stock Companies, Bombay at Karachi.

Although the term "church" appears in our name due to our historical origins, CMTA Pakistan is not a church, religious ministry, or trust. We are an administrative association, responsible for managing and safeguarding the properties and assets that were devolved to us by foreign missionary bodies before partition of Indo-Pak.
